CAVAIANI BASEBALL TRAINING ACADEMY RENTAL RATES

CBT Academy offers over 10,500 square feet of turf space, pitching lanes, & 3 14'x70' batting cages. The facility is ideal for any baseball or softball team.  The batting cages can also be retracted back to allow for the entire space to be opened up for other turf sports including soccer, la crosse, football & more.  The facility also has a weight room, men's & women's bathrooms, mezzanine & will also offer basketball rental options in the spring, summer & early fall months (May-October).  There are three ways you can rent space. You can rent the entire facility where no one (CBT players aren't allowed in to use weight room or mezzanine areas during this rental), one cage with a maximum of 6 people, or you can rent the entire turf space which includes all the cages and turf space but not the weight room and mezzanine area. The rates listed below are for our peak indoor season which ranges from November 1st to May 1st and are non-negotiable due to the how busy the facility gets. From May 1st to October 31st, the rates are all negotiable. Saturday night rentals during peak season (Nov 1-May 1) from 4pm-10pm are all half price.
